Barbara Faison volunteered for a decade as a reader for the Georgia Radio Reading Service (GaRRS). She did live readings of magazines, articles, and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Barbara was invited to share about audio description for the current volunteer readers at GaRRS. In late April, 2023 she led the program, Creating Pictures with Words: Audio Description Workshop.
